Terms of Use
1. The service
ExpenSheet reads the receipt and invoice files you upload and turns dates, amounts, tax numbers and similar fields into a table you can download as Excel, CSV or JSON. It works without an account.
The results are not accounting records. Checking them and recording them in your books is your responsibility. The service does not replace the duties the law places on you.
2. Free use and the daily allowance
Reading is free within a daily allowance of pages per network address. An image counts as one page and a PDF counts each of its pages. A page counts as soon as it is sent for reading, including when no document can be read from it. The allowance resets at 00:00 UTC; the upload area shows how many pages are left.
3. Your files
How your uploads are processed, by whom and for how long is described in the Privacy Policy. Files are not stored on our servers; the results exist only in your browser and in the files you download.
4. Acceptable use
- Upload only lawful, genuine documents; do not upload forged, altered or fabricated documents.
- Do not upload data that belongs to someone else without authorisation.
- Do not abuse the service, harvest data from it with automated requests or try to block access to it.
- Do not use the software for unlawful purposes.
5. Intellectual property
All rights to the application, its interface and its software belong to us. Rights to the documents you upload and to the records you create from them remain with you; you may use the outputs as you wish.
6. Availability
We work to keep the service available without interruption, but maintenance, updates or unexpected errors can cause short interruptions. Nothing is kept on our servers, so download your results before you leave the page.
7. Limitation of liability
Except where liability cannot be excluded by law, the application is not liable for direct damages caused directly by an unlawful or incorrect accounting entry. This limitation does not affect the provision of the service or the enforceability of these terms.
8. Changes to these terms
We may change these terms. Changes are published on this page with a new date. Continuing to use the service after publication means you accept the new terms.
9. Disputes
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Türkiye, and the courts of Türkiye have jurisdiction over disputes arising from them. Your rights arising from consumer disputes are reserved.
10. Contact
