    Date, vendor, tax ID, document number, VAT, and amount are extracted automatically, and several receipts in one photo are processed separately.

  3. 3. Preview and correct the table

    The data is placed into a table, and fields that could not be read or were computed are marked. You can edit any cell you like, or view the original document when needed.

  4. 4. Download Excel, CSV, or JSON

    Download your table in the format you want with one click. You can hide, reorder and rename columns first; the layout is remembered in your browser.

How do I convert a receipt to Excel?

Is ExpenSheet free?

Are my receipts stored on the server?

No. Uploaded files are processed in memory during OCR and are not stored on our servers. ExpenSheet has no accounts; your column layout and preferences stay in your browser.

Which file formats are supported?
