Yes. You can convert up to 10 pages a day for free: each image counts as one page, a PDF counts each of its pages, and a single PDF can have up to 10 pages. The allowance resets at 00:00 UTC; there is no sign-up and no card.

No. Uploaded files are processed in memory during OCR and are not stored on our servers. ExpenSheet has no accounts; your column layout and preferences stay in your browser.

Yes. ExpenSheet extracts invoice and receipt fields such as date, vendor, vendor tax ID, document number, VAT or tax amount and total. The "Invoice to Excel" page reads documents as invoices: it adds the amount due and the buyer name and tax ID.

Yes. Upload the PDF invoice on the "Invoice to Excel" page and the invoice number, date, vendor and buyer details, subtotal, VAT, total and amount due are written into the table. Text-based PDFs, such as invoices exported from billing or accounting software, read more accurately than scans. On the free allowance a PDF can have up to 10 pages.

Partly. Hide the columns you do not need, drag the rest into your software's order and rename the headers to match; the downloaded file uses exactly that layout. Uploading a complete accounting template is not available.

The photo is split automatically and each receipt gets its own row in the table. The eye button on a row shows the photo it came from. If the receipts cannot be separated, the row is flagged with a warning that the amounts may belong to different receipts so you can check it.

Yes. You can hide columns, drag them into the order you want, and give the headers your own names; those names also appear in the file you download. The layout is remembered in this browser.

Yes. When the receipt or POS slip shows it, the last 4 digits of the card are written as their own column next to the payment method, which makes reconciling receipts against a card statement easier. The full card number is never read, stored, or exported.

Yes. The VAT or tax rate and amount get their own columns, and a row whose subtotal, tax and total do not add up is flagged. A document with several VAT rates becomes one row per rate when the printed breakdown allows it; a row that fits no single rate can be split with "Split by VAT rate" before you download.

It depends on the document. ExpenSheet flags fields it could not read or had to compute, checks whether the subtotal, tax and total agree, and lets you open each row's document to compare. Before you download, compare the amounts and the date with the original.

Files are sent only to the recognition model that runs for us on Amazon Web Services (AWS) Bedrock, and they are not stored on our servers. For highly sensitive documents, mask unnecessary personal data before uploading.

Yes. ExpenSheet runs in the phone's browser with nothing to install: tap the upload area, take a photo of the receipt or pick one from the gallery, then edit the table and download Excel, CSV or JSON on the phone.

The interface is available in Turkish, English and German, and the reader knows the tax terms of all three: KDV on Turkish receipts, VAT or sales tax on English ones and MwSt. on German ones.

CSV files are saved as Excel Unicode text (UTF-16, tab-separated), which Excel opens with the right characters and columns. If your program expects a different CSV, download XLSX instead — it avoids encoding issues entirely.
